Mansions and Luxury Properties

Made to be photographed.

A property is the most flexible location there is. Kitchens, pools, staircases and bedrooms in one booking, with power, parking and a bathroom, which is more than most beaches can offer.

Owners will tell you which rooms are in scope, how many people can be on site and whether the address can be tagged. Public liability cover is the usual ask, so have it ready.

How a hire works

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, and the verified badge means we have seen the owner's identification and proof they can hire the asset out. You ask for availability, agree price, hours, deposit and content rights directly with the owner, then turn up and make the content. RizzBay takes no commission and never handles the payment.
